Our Secret To Excellence
TRANSCEND Study Kit:
Every student is entitled to a Study Kit consisting of notebooks, textbooks, calculator, display folder, public speaking manual, stationery pouch, subject handouts, college jersey etc. This kit facilitates a better experience of the academic & nonacademic activities conducted at TRANSCEND.
Integrated Programs:
Though we have educational partners for Chartered Accountancy [CA], Company Secretary [CS], Cost-Management Accounting [CMA] and Law, we encourage students to pursue such professional courses in 2nd PU after strengthening their foundation in 1st PU Commerce.
Video Recording:
Students shall have access to the video recording of all our academic classes. These recordings supplement learning and is not a substitute to classroom lectures. These recordings have proven to be very beneficial for revision during exams and as a backup for students who have missed classes.
Personal Student Lockers:
Every student shall be allotted a student locker for personal belongings. This system is introduced to inculcate the habit of “a place for everything & everything in its place.” Students are strongly discouraged from leaving their books, racquet, stationery and other belongings outside their lockers.
360 Degree Evaluator:
It is ironic that our education system prepares us for academic excellence, but life tests us on a host of other parameters. At TRASNCEND we keep a tab on one’s progress in academics, general knowledge, sports, art, sincerity etc. We encourage holistic progress and not just academic excellence.
Involving the Parent [ITP]:
Parenting teenagers on the 21st century requires empathy, patience and resilience. TRANSCEND, facilitates this process by conducting sessions for parents centered on topics such as effective parenting, actualizing one’s potential, peer pressure handling etc.
Student Management Software:
Parent & Student shall have unique login credentials to NextElement, our student management software. All queries/requests, assignment submission, PTM requests etc shall be directed only through NextElement. Besides, the attendance, progress and performance of children shall be accessed through this software.
Parent Point of Contact [PPOC]:
One parent [mother of father] shall play the role of PPOC. Such parent is expected to attend all Parent Orientations, Parent-Teacher Meetings, Parent Training Sessions, Parent Day etc. The other parent is welcome to be equally involved but must be accompanied by the PPOC.
